use kotlin or java....i want android app capable of fetching rss feeds from json parsing them and displaying articles list with featured images,the articles should be catched for offline reading and the app should render or display full contents from the selected articles.full contents should also be fetched and cached during aricles list display.it should contain robust splash activity which displays admob app oppen ad on start.the app should also display app oppen ads on resuume from background.the app should include robust smart notification manager to smartly notify users whenever new articles are available on the rss feeds.should have eye catching ui and include banner ads as well as interstitial ads displayed when user select article 3 times i mean every three articles.as app may contains various rss feeds user should pick topics they want on first app oppen and then have an opportunity to subscribe to new topics or unsubscribe from subscribe topics.while reading articles the app should show percent scroll on page,user should have option to swich on/off data saver mode as well as changing theme to various format like light theme,drk theme and others.tts i mean text to speech is necessary such that users can listen to the selected articles.commenting system is necessary.
